Guadalupe's Coffee Roaster is an environmentally and socially conscious company

that believes in organic argricultural practices and living wages for small farmers, no

matter where they live.  Because of these beliefs, Guadalupe roasts only the finest

organic and fair trade coffees available.

Because some farms are too small to make organic or fair trade certification

financially beneficial for them, I will occasionally accept a small farm without the fair

trade or organic certification, as long as I believe the farm still meets those criteria.

In that case I will list the product as "non-certified".  I do still believe in supporting

organic and fair trade practices, but I know it is not feasable for some excellent

micro-farms around the world.
